We have been described by our satisfied customers as providing a service that is highly professional, efficient and quick – one that they would recommend to others and use again. We pride ourselves on providing an excellent surveying service at a competitive price that our clients are pleased with. We respond personally and quickly to communication.
Before the exchange of contracts it is advised that every home buyer has a survey completed on the property they are purchasing. The survey will investigate the condition of the property and highlight any major structural problems existing in the property. This can then lead to re-negotiations of the property sale price or rethinking the purchase of the house altogether.
Compared to the cost of repair work which may be needed in the future had you not had it investigated – a survey can actually save you money!
Richard specialises in providing the following services:
- HomeBuyer Report
- Building Survey
- Written Valuation
Our HomeBuyer Reports are completed to the standard format set out by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. It will detail the general condition of the property and notify of any significant faults in the building that may affect its value.
It is most suitable for conventional, recently built properties.
A Building Survey is a more comprehensive inspection that can be adapted to suit the property and the client’s requirements. It is suitable for all properties, most notably older, less conventionally constructed buildings. It examines all accessible aspects of the house and will provide information about defects in the property, what they could mean and the possible cost of repair.
If you are unsure about which survey you need, Richard Cruise can advise the most appropriate.
Whichever survey you receive you will be issued with a clear report in a prompt manner.
