Steve understands a lot about those old Victorian houses. We met at the property and he answered all our questions. The survey has a lot of information that I'm sure will be useful for years. I highly recommend him!

Steve was incredibly professional and personable too. An absolute pleasure to work with and such a great price. We were under the impression a full structural survey would cost considerably more than we actually paid. He gave us a fab price and an incredible service. I spoke to Steve on the day he conducted our survey and he gave me a verbal report and less than 24 hours later I had a full written report. I cannot explain how great he was.
