The report was very comprehensive, gave us far more information about the property than we were expecting.The communication was excellent and all arrangements were made swiftly. Would definitely recommend.

I was informed promptly on the survey results by telephone. In addition I requested a hard copy for my own records which arrived soon after. Very professionally produced HomeBuyer Report.

A very good company, who I would highly recommend. Craig Rennolds provided a Homebuyer's Report for the property which I am buying in Devon and the final report was clear, well-written and easy to understand. The accompanying photographs contained within the report were also very useful. Craig talked to me very soon after he had visited the property and further explained the report and answered any questions which I had. Five star service!

They were very helpful throughout, the surveyor called to talk through the report and answer any questions I had afterwards. Overall a very easy and helpful experience.

Excellent quality and value for money. They were less pushy than other companies when I requested a quote, they simply sent a very clear email with an attached example survey, which I found very useful so as to understand what to expect - especially as I am a first time buyer. The final report is quite extensive and Craig phoned me up after the survey to discuss his main findings. I highly recommend them.
