I found David to be worth every penny and more! He could not have been more attentive in answering my questions and allaying any fears that I had. I’m very glad I chose him to do the survey. Should the time come again I need to move I will definatley be using him again. Very professional, very kind and seems to be a decent fella.

Very thorough and professional service - would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a structural survey. The survey paid for itself by identifying issues with values far in excess of the cost of the report (which the seller has addressed ahead of exchange of contracts)

Under time pressure to exchange contracts we needed a full survey on the house we're planning to purchase - just 48 hours after our initial phone conversation, David had arranged access and carried out the survey. He told us we'd have the report within the week, but we received it the next business day. A comprehensive and understandable report which gave us a full understanding of the property.
