Very very rare to meet someone in professional services of any kind, let alone the very lucrative industry of moving house, who will go above and beyond like Robert does. He saw us through narrowly avoiding disaster and remained a great sounding board through our first purchase. He's thorough, approachable, and never condescending. An excellent experience all round. Robert arranged to view the property very promptly, and phoned me afterwards to discuss the main points. The written report that soon followed was comprehensive and very well-written. Following that report we had another chat, and Robert always made it clear that I could get in contact to discuss further at any time. He is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, and was brilliant at drawing out and contextualising the key issues, laying out various options and things to consider.
