booking was very easy and quick. Survey report was produced within 7 days of conducting the survey. However there were some mistakes in the survey report, one of which could have had major implications on our decision to buy if it were true. When we highlighted these to the surveyor, he did agree there were errors in writing the report and would send a corrected copy the same day. We did not get it till the following day. The whole process eroded our trust in this surveyor.

We paid extra to have our report back in 3 working days. Lamar did not fail to deliver. Charles was really pleasant to deal with, replying to emails rapidly and answering any queries. Report was detailed and on time.

The company did a great job. They got my survey scheduled promptly and I had the report within 6 working days. Great turnaround taking into account COVID is slowing processes all across the industry. The report was very complete and Daniyel gave us all the details and even more information regarding how to follow-up on the issues found in the property and approximate costs. 100% recommended

Speedy response and thorough survey completed. My only issue is that there wasn't much communication to let me know whether the survey had been done ect.

“The service provided was efficient and professional. Excellent service, very comprehensive structural survey report and very responsive to my specific enquiries about the property and the area in general. The date for the survey was set and done in less than a week and initial findings were sent to me the same day and it took 4 working days for the full report including pictures which was comprehensive and very informative. Unfortunately my purchase fell through but we will be using Lamar Chartered Surveyors again all in all an excellent service, and one we would certainly recommend”. Zou Jiayong, London, October 2017
