Ben's inspection was in-depth and thorough, his responses to communication were swift, and he saved me from buying a property I wouldn't be able to afford to maintain by picking up details I didn't notice on my viewing.

Emailed Ben to set up the survey and agreed a date with him. This was very quick and suited our needs well. I had additional questions that arose from my searches and Ben was able to explain the Building regulations as applied and agreed a specific area for inspection. The report is comprehensive enough for us to make an informed decision. Would happily use again although I hope we don't have to.
