Very professional and quick response rate from start to finish, The survey was carried out within agreed timescales and the report was the day after the survey had taken place. It was simply structured yet very detailed with all major checks you'd expect from a house (both outside and inside elements). The surveyor (Ben) made sure that all areas of the house and materials were inspected (walls, brick, flooring, ceilings, services, Roofing, drainage etc) and made valid points as to their condition and remedies/maintenance required. I asked Ben for a telephone call to run through the report to clarify certain points and issues and he was above all extremely helpful. I would use him again and highly recommend to others.
