Property Surveys Devon (trading name) is regulated by the RICS, and Phil Routledge, Chartered Building Survey is a member of the RPSA and ISVA. He is also a RICS Registered Valuer and has knowledge on building construction, listed properties and building regulations.
We specialise in providing surveys on residential properties, including Building Surveys (level 3), Home Purchase Surveys (level 2), which is equivalent to the RICS HomeBuyer report, Snagging surveys, Fault Assessment surveys e.g. damp, cracks, water ingress etc, residential Market Valuations e.g. Help to Buy, matrimonial, probate etc and Insurance Valuations. We also provide surveys for commercial properties and carry out architectural design for extensions, alterations and new houses.
