Prompt response, survey booked and conducted within ten days of initial contact. Telephone follow-up was received the same day for initial feedback, now awaiting written report. Good value and prompt service so far.

John was absolutely first class. As we approched CV19 lockdown, John managed to gain access to the empty property and conduct the survey. We purchased under auction conditions so speed was of the essence and John did not disappoint.
