We were very happy with the service provided by Jamie Findlay. He was able to provide us with a RICS Building survey in a quick turnaround (after our original surveyor became unwell). Jamie's report was very thorough and well written and easy to understand for us as first time buyers. We used some of the defects raised in the survey to get a £5,000 reduction on our house purchase.

Jamie provided an in-depth and invaluable survey which was logically structure and clear throughout, unfortunately the sale collapsed due to the vendors withdrawing. However, if we have an offer accepted on another Grade listed property we would definitely use this company again.
