I fully recommend JMS Surveying Services who in my experience offered a high level of service for a very affordable price. John was approachable and helpful and provided details and answers to all my questions regarding my survey. He arranged the survey directly with the estate agent without me having to add any input. The survey was completed within days and John emailed a detailed, clear and easy to understand PDF report. This was followed a few days later with a hard copy of the report posted to me. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone requiring a survey.

Phoned within half an hour of us using reallymoving.com and offered a very competitive quote. After accepting his quotation he emailed over a form for us to fill in and return with a cheque which we did the same day. John made quick contact with the Estate Agent to arrange access to the property for a few days later (Tuesday) and emailed me to confirm everything. He told me that we could expect to receive the report from him on Thursday or Friday the same week. We received the report via email as promised on the Friday and a bound hard copy in the post a day or two later. The report itself was very comprehensive and informative and left us confident to proceed with the purchase. We were very impressed with John, he is very friendly and professional to speak to, kept us informed every step of the way and delivered on everything he said he would. We would highly recommend him.

I can highly recommend John Stobart. He is a pleasant, courteous man who is a pleasure to deal with. His quote for the Homebuyers Survey was reasonable and his report was thorough. In fact, John identified a potentially dangerous building alteration which we were able to have fixed by the vendor. I'm very relieved we used his services - great peace of mind. Should we ever move again (I hope not!), I would not hesitate to use John as a surveyor.

Mr Stobart called me on the telephone within minutes of my initial application for quotes on reallymoving.com one Wednesday afternoon in February 2013. After a brief discussion of my specific needs, Mr Stobart advised me as to the type of survey that he considered I needed, and this was duly arranged for the Friday morning. Mr Stobart emailed me all the documents that I needed in respect of the survey on the Wednesday evening, and I confirmed my details by email by return. I met Mr Stobart and the vendor at the property at the appointed hour on the Friday morning, where he carried out his survey. Mr Stobart called me after lunch on Friday with a verbal summary of his report. I received his full survey report by email on the following Monday morning, and a printed hard copy on the Tuesday morning. In summary, Mr Stobart provided me with a thoroughly professional service from start to finish. His initial quote was highly competitive, and the survey was carried out without undue delay. The results were reported back immediately, and the high quality report was available on the next working day. And Mr Stobart is a thoroughly pleasant, personable chap to boot! I would not hesitate for a moment in recommending his services to others.
