From the first telephone conversation that I had with Anthony, it was clear to me that he was highly professional and experienced, loved his role and was a people-person. The service that he provided was excellent and I would highly recommend that you look no further as I think he is a gem. He visited the property first thing in the morning and was able to give a very comprehensive verbal assessment within hours of his visit; the electronic report followed at the end of the week and was representative of our discussion. This is the second homebuyer survey that I have commissioned; the first was undertaken by a different company who charged £200 more than I paid to Anthony and I would rate his service as the better one.
