Tony provided us with an extremely professional service at a price that was great value for money without compromising on quality in any way. Tony was very responsive to emails and phone calls, our survey was booked in extremely quickly, and our survey report (Homebuyers) was turned around swiftly within the timeframe he had provided. The quality of the report was excellent and used the RICS format. Tony took great time and effort to explain his findings to us and what they meant in simple terms. He was extremely thorough which was hugely reassuring as first time buyers and he went above and beyond. His summary call after his survey visit was extremely helpful to us and was a fantastic touch.
