I'd highly recommend CKE Property. Charles was very quick to respond to our enquiry, and made time to talk through a couple of things we were concerned about before his visit. On the day of the survey he gave us verbal feedback on those items, and mentioned several other important things he picked up on too. The survey report came through the following day, with lots of detail. In summary, Charles was clearly very knowledgeable, explained things clearly and responded very quickly.
