Having fewer reviews than other companies in the quote, I was slightly nervous about using ECOHDS, particularly as I'd never spoken to or met anyone from the company. You can never be too careful in the age of Internet scams. However the service has been excellent from start to finish. Khalil was easy to contact and offered a more personal level of service than other companies. The survey and report was completed in a timely fashion and I am very pleased with the result.

There were many technical things in the survey that I did not understand at first but Khalil helped me not just understanding the technical points but also gave me advises wherever necessary. Normally, if you pay fully for the services then its really hard to get attention from the same company again unless you pay more, but, in my experience with ECOHDS, I got response from the company throughout my property buying process which was really helpful and I did not feel that I was left alone.
