As a first time buyer, Jonathan made the process of having a survey done as straightforward as possible. He confirmed that the product we were buying was the right type for our house purchase. A survey was booked within days of my initial enquiry, and he called on the day to let us know how the survey had gone and to reassure us that it was in good condition with no major problems. The full report was emailed the next day and was very clear and concise. The addition of photographs to illustrate certain findings was really useful for us. I have used Navah Consulting twice now and the service has been great. Jonathan has communicated well with me prior to and after completing the survey. He also rang me to discuss the survey and gave me feedback about the property verbally prior to the report being completed. The report was completed the day after the survey was conducted on both occasions. The reports were very detailed and area of concern were highlighted described and rated in terms of severity. I chose Navah Consulting as he had the most positive reviews and was competitively priced, without risking quality. Jonathan was exceptionally helpful and professional from the start, explaining the Homebuyers Report in detail to ensure I understood the process. He sent me a quote and supporting documents promptly so I was clear on the steps arranging the visit and sending the report and the kept me well informed throughout. He called me an hour or so after he carried out the report to give me a brief overview of the findings and then sent the extensive report through a few days later. The report was easy to understand, visual and easily highlighted the areas of concern for me and those which should be flagged to my solicitors. Really simple and stress-free process during what is a very stressful time - would highly recommend him!

Jon was quick to arrange a site visit with the Estate Agent and provided us his report only one day after the visit.
