John was very helpful and even sent me a sample report that I could review before making my decision. John responded to all my emails very quickly and the report provided was very detailed.

Brilliant service, really happy with the outcome - we were visiting the property prior to the report being published and John kindly spoke to us over the phone about the survey so that we had the information for the visit. Will be recommending to friends that are in the process of buying
