Professional, High quality, I highly recommend I looked around online for a building survey quote for a property I am looking to buy. I had a few quotes from different companies but TMB Estate Consultancy ltd was one of the cheapest quote I found. I spoke to Mark on phone, the service was so professional and I get updated every step of the way. The report was received 4 days after the survey and it was detailed, professional quality and well structured and easy to follow. Mark was able to fulfil the survey a LOT quicker than all other quotes, was very competitive, but more importantly very thorough with his survey, looking for extra details a previous survey did not pick up, He was also happy to provide follow on feedback and answer questions. I would not hesitate to recommend him or again in future! Excellent!

I received a phone call from Mark informing me that the estate agent handling our new home did not arrive and he had been waiting for 45 minutes. Luckily enough the estate agent did turn up but I was extremely appreciative and impressed with how long Mark waited! The survey I received from Mark was extremely in depth and professional. I am very happy with the service provided and would recommend TMB to anyone.
