I have lived in Worthing since 1983 and have been carrying out Surveys throughout East & West Sussex for a total of about 30 years. I also work in the more accessible parts of Hampshire, Surrey, Kent and outer London.
I now have a wide range of experience, from 600 year old period buildings to the latest designs. In the last 30 years I have carried out about 5,000 full surveys and 12-13,000 mortgage valuations. I set up my own business about 15 years ago.
I will examine every accessible part of the property and tell you what I find. Depending on the size of the property, I usually spend 3-4 hours on site. You are very welcome to meet me on site during the inspection.
Your survey will be written in plain English as I do not use jargon or technical terms. The average report is 10 pages long. At the end is a summary that will list the significant repairs and each one will be costed. Where possible, I will advise on items of maintenance to be expected within the foreseeable future.
Reports are usually posted and emailed 3-4 days after the inspection. A list of Tradesmen & Engineers will be included. I have been recommending most of them for many years due to proven track record.
My work is fully insured in accordance with the Regulations of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
