Surveying Advice questions and answers
There is a problem with damp in my friend's bungalow. Does she need a surveyor or structural engineer to advise her?
You can find out about the different types of damp and their effects on a home here. A Chartered Surveyor will be able to offer a Damp Survey to assess the levels of damage from the damp - whether your friend will need a structural engineer further down the line depends on how bad the damp is. You can find a Chartered Surveyor here.

We live at the opposite end of the country so it was an invaluable resource to instantly be sent details of reliable local removal companies. We were phoned by 4 out of the 5 who provided quotes and all were efficient and helpful. I found the reviews of each company on reallymoving very useful in making my decision. I have now booked our moving day and am very happy. It was all very simple and painless.
