Good communication. If I had a question somebody was always able to give me an answer by phone, email or popping into see them. The sale took a little longer then expected but I was part of a chain. I would use them again.

The early stages were extremely painful. A generic admin team dealt with early contact, losing our certified documents, not realising they had received our deposit fee. After complaining to the customer service manager,we werr assigned an actual person, who unfortunately wasn’t any better. After our searches came back we were finally passed to Adam, the conveyancer who was actually very quick, thorough and very accessible. Connect2Law ate let down by their admin and customer service teams and made the process even more successful for us.

Adam Shire was assigned as an conveyancing Solicitor by connect2law. I am very happy with his professionalism. He kept me informed on almost daily basis on the progress. He is a master of reading fine prints! I only wish connect2law would have assigned Adam Shire earlier to my case than waiting for all reports to arrive to them. I lost at least good 1 week because of this. Otherwise i am generally happy with the overall experience.

They are very good at apologising but nothing changes. I instructed them beginning of November for a straight forward sale. It has been a collection of errors and appalling lack of communication. They appear to be short of staff (unless they give everyone annual leave all at the same time). I certainly would not use them again.

Dear Customer, As discussed, the initial delay was caused because we were awaiting a an important piece of documentation from you. The lawyers did chase you to provide this. We did lose some time on the management pack but we anticipate we will still get you to exchange in your desired timescale. This will represent a 10 weeks from receipt of the completed welcome pack, which is faster than industry standard for a leasehold transaction. Yours, Connect2Law
