We felt valued as customers. There were times when we couldn’t get through to anyone on the switchboard which was annoying but trying again a bit later always worked. Leaving messages didn’t. Sometimes messages could be read and were being dealt with but we didn’t know that as acknowledgements were routinely sent. The portal is useful for documents but is not great for contacting people

Our Case Manager Sahan and Conveyancer Seyyed did a fantastic job and completed our sale in the time stated. Sahan in particular kept us informed along the way, even when there was no particular update to give. His calming demeanour reassured us we were in good hands. My only concern is the lack of invoice for services, so I am unsure of what we have finally paid for. That said, we would use Muve again! Thanks guys Brian & Julie

Muve and the team I delt with Afdel, Dulara and Kathy where very polite professional and kept me updated when ever there was a development always asking if it was a good time to talk and making sure any queries where explained and I was happy with all the legal jargon had been explained to my satisfaction. There was a hiccup on exchange day however this was mostly down to my lender and Afdel Dulara and Kathy worked tirelessly to get me the next possible exchange date. They updated me during the whole process and I was very happy with the level of communication across e-mail and phone platforms. Overall a fairly stressful process of moving home was made as straightforward as possible by the team from muve I would use them in future and would recommend.

Good online portal in functionality but a bit dated and not mobile-first in design. The account manager did a good job of handling sale and purchase as first point of contact, but then we had two solicitors (one for each, sale and purchase) and one day, one disappeared and another was randomly assigned with no notice or comms. Comms overall were very clear but not always timely. Calls sometimes weren’t returned when asked for and emails would go without replies. Some admin colleagues supporting matters didn’t put effort into reading things and gave stock answers. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but it’s not a company I’d choose again. Go for a more personalised service where they can apply more time to your case.
