Generally very good. Some delays due to the Covid-19 pandemic but on the whole great value for money and professional.

Muve have an easy to use portal with clear checkpoint stages and are quick to respond to most questions, which is ideal for us as first time buyers. We chose their standard package which feels fairly slow at times but they also offer a faster turnaround at a premium. We had only 1 holdup that slowed the progress by a couple of weeks and they were quick to deal with any uncertainty during the covid-19 pandemic.

Muve handled the conveyancing on the sale of my property and the purchase. I found them very responsive to emails and calls and were polite, friendly and thorough throughout the process. The actual conveyancing is done overseas but it doesn't affect the experience, they are always contactable on UK time. Excellent experience and I would use them again
