Bishopsgate Law were outstanding for us buying our first home and were considerably cheaper then the available alternatives. From the beginning they outlined exactly what we needed to do and advised us on how the house buying process was to proceed. They communicated well with the other involved third parties (estate agents etc) and kept us updated with every milestone they had completed. During the key stages to get the exchange and completion over the line, Suzanne's team of Burcin and Bhavini were on-hand to answer our queries and work on our purchase late into the day regularly and we cannot thank them enough for all their hard work.

The process started off really well and all our paperwork was completed efficiently and our solicitor was prompt in responded to our queries. But things have slowed down massively and my solicitor hasn't been able to get an update from my buyer's solicitor in a month, which i find odd.

Would really recommend using Bishops Gate Law! Great service and kept me informed all of the way. Was a really quick process with no hassle. Really pleased, thank you!

They have been a little hard to get hold of in person. Also there has been a few weeks where both my contacts have been away and therefore have been forwarding there work to others. But general i have pleased with the service and things are moving towards our desires move date. so thats great!

A very good standard of service for the price. Unfortunately the purchase took far longer than expected and I wonder if Bishopsgate could have done more to speed up the whole process. It felt like they would just send an email requesting information and wait too long before following up or escalating to me. It wasn't always clear what was still outstanding to be done and who was responsible for doing those things but that may be a common feature of conveyancing solicitors.
