1st Property Lawyers were great. Every document we needed was uploaded to the portal immediately and we were emailed/texted straight away as soon as there was any news. The lawyers ended up chasing us to exchange because they were ready - never thought it happened that way round! Speaking to our vendors and their experience with their conveyancer only highlighted how efficient 1st Property Lawyers were compared to the high st solicitors our vendors were using. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful service provided by Anisha and the rest of the team. The online upload system allowed us to get all our relevant documentation to the solicitors within 48 hours and this made it easy for us to push things forward. Having sold our house after just 4 days on the market, it was exactly 5 weeks between putting it on the market and completing/moving in to our new home. 1st Property Lawyers worked as fast as possible on our sale and I would not hesitate to work with Anisha and the team again.

Purely excellent. Was a bit skeptical at first about it being online, If i ever had any questions needed answering they where answered in a timely fashion. This has been my 1st property purchase and it went so smoothly and stress free. Was very easy to print, sign and upload or send vier post for the important documents. This ment we had more time to concentrate on the other stresses of moving. Thanks a lot 1st Property lawers.
