service was overall fine but they need to be much more responsive to the client in answering queries. many emails went unanswered and they did not call back even when they were supposed to

The online management and communications called e-way works well. Apart from the initial wait for voice-to-voice contact with the case manager, everything else worked perfectly. I felt I can rely on the solicitor to see to my case. I highly recommend Ist Property Lawyers, as I feel the team approach works.

Just think that when a solicitor goes on holidays we, as customers, should have someone to carry one the file if we have any questions while staff is on holidays.

Good web based system easy to get on the phone as well, still going through the legal process so can comment on speed or outcome yet.

Excellent service, this was our first time buying a house and they were always very friendly and helpful and were happy to answer even the most simple questions for us. They were also very clear unlike the estate agents which was very helpful in the stressful times. The online system was perfect for two working people as we could upload and download documents at our leisure, which also speeded up the whole process. When items did need to be sent by post they acknowledged their receipt promptly. Would highly reccommend.
