Kris and his colleague were both really friendly, polite and even fun. They did the job efficiently within the time allocated and didn't complain about all the tricky doors they had to carry everything through. I'd had bad experiences in the past, but these two made me feel much more relaxed about it. They worked hard and with a smile!

Kris was helpful and friendly. Our boxes were packed extremely carefully and beautifully labelled for easy unpacking. His team worked exceptionally hard and made what could have been a stressful day a relative breeze. Very highly recommended.

After having some bad experiences with a Removal Company a few years ago during my last move, i was quite anxious to do a bit more due diligence this time around. A number of firms gave me their quotes from reallymoving.com however i felt that Kris was the most professional in his approach and method. So although the other companies had more referrals on the website i decided to use London House Removals to help me in the move. I was really glad i did as the team sent were really hard working and efficient. They showed great care to my furniture and goods and ensured that everything was packed and secured appropriately. On top they tried to understand where i wanted everything to go and worked accordingly. One thing which really stuck out was that during the unloading at my new property, they delayed themselves to confirm the layout i had requested in our garage. They were concerned that an item would be exposed and would almost certainly get dirty and damaged. This was very much appreciated as i had instructed them to put it there without realising. All in all i was extremely pleased with the work of Kris and his team and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic service. Kris came to the house to assess the amount of furniture and items we needed to move (the only company to do this out of three that I contacted). He sent through a refined quote based on his visit which was very competitive. Kris' team arrived at 7 on the morning of our move as arranged, and were extremely efficient in loading up the van. We were moving from London to Edinburgh so left the team to finish loading the van while we went for the train, and they closed up the flat after them. The arrived in Edinburgh and unloaded the van without delay, despite just having driven for 7+ hours. They completed the unloading within an hour. Excellent service from start to finish. Would highly recommend Kris and his team. Hard working, efficient and very pleasant to deal.

They were fabulous and I would recommend them to anyone. They worked efficiently and smoothly with no complaints about beds that needed to be dismantled or boxes that were really heavy or delays at the other end of the moving process! No breakages or damages. Really fab job.

They were quick and efficient at both ends, loading and unloading. The guys were courteous and took good care with our items.
