We had a very smooth move, quote was easy via WhatsApp, the pre-move communication was good and clear. On the day the movers (Nick and Dan) worked very hard all day non stop. They loaded carefully, everything was protected well. At the new house they put everything neatly where we asked, nothing was too much trouble, they were nice guys and were very complimentary about our new house. They made the end of a stressful move very easy and enjoyable which we really appreciated. A good company and we would definitely recommend.

We were very happy with this company and would highly recommended them to anyone moving. From my first phone call to the chap who came to do the quote to move day they were fantastic. I have to shout out to Auras and Valentin who were the removal men on the day. They were extremely professional, friendly and did a great job. All of our belongings were transported safely with no damage and I was impressed with their spatial awareness skills when packing our items onto the van! It was also raining heavy on the day and they ensured our carpets were kept clean & dry. The owner of the company also dropped by on moving day to make sure everything was going well and that we were we happy with everything. I thought this was fantastic and shows how much they care about customer satisfaction. I would highly recommended this company and will use them again in the future. They made the move stress free.

Alex handled the survey any questions accurately and efficiently. Nick and his colleague who handled the heavy lifting on the day were brilliant!! Would recommend Intercity, especially Nick and his colleague.
