Great service. Visited our property to give us an accurate quote. Removal men worked very hard all day lifting heavy furniture and managed to get some pieces down some tight stairways. Very satisfied with the service and a reasonable price too.

I was forced to continually change my collection/delivery dates. Despite this Intercity remained remarkably flexible and understanding. They carried out the move professionally and effectively. During all contact with them they were extremely courteous and reliable. I would strongly recommend them to any potential future customer.

Very professional, strongly recommend this company's service. The removal team arrived on time, did excellent job in packing and removal, finished earlier than expected as they were so prompt, careful and professional. We didn't have to lift a finger!

They were thorough in checking all details before the move itself which I appreciated. Very well organised and polite. Arrived slightly late on the day but this wasn't an issue for me. The move was finished in record time with no damage. Excellent job, I'd use them again.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Communication was great and constant, so I felt confident before hand. On the day the men were quick and efficient and very polite. I have already told friends and family about how good the service was.

The removals men worked really hard and were very polite and helpful couldn’t rate them higher However the brief they were given was terrible eg address was wrong, no mention of us moving to a new build with cream carpets. We requested 3 Luton vans due to access and got a 12 ton lorry which meant the guys had to lug the furniture further
