the whole process from start to finish was made easier by the fantastic team, from noreen and hitesh in the office to the polite, guys on the day - went so smoothly was the easiest part of the move from london to norfolk - cant recommend them highly enough!

1 They rang to conduct a video survey when a physical survey had been agreed. 2 They came with van too small for the job even though they had been given every opportunity at physical survey to ascertain the requirements. 3 After I accepted their quotation they said they had omitted the second day and increased their costs. 4 On the day, due to the van being inadequate, they demanded a further £300 before they were prepared to provide a second van. 5 The guys who did the move were excellent, shame about the back office!!!

Swans Removals were brilliant throughout. It was a big move - from a five-storey house in London to an estate in Suffolk. The team took great trouble packing everything carefully. They happily delivered items to four separate buildings on the estate with good humour and efficiency throughout. I cannot praise them enough.

I needed a company which I could trust 100% and I was completely satisfied with the service I received.
