Via removals were excellent in helping us move. They were very friendly and worked incredibly hard to make our move as easy as possible. Some of our furniture was very heavy and would have been impossible for us to handle ourselves but the team managed to move everything without any problems. Was well worth the (very reasonable) cost. We would use them again.

Via Removals did a brilliant job, with our move. Kaas visited our house prior to moving date, and provided a quote, which was competitive and answered all our questions, giving us all the time we wanted. Kaas was always available to discuss the move, even in the days leading up to the big day. On the day of the move, Kaas and his colleagues, arrived promptly, and began by protecting carpets / flooring. His staff members were always courteous, and smiling, and kept alleviating our anxieties. They performed a brilliant job, moving heavy objects, dismantling furniture etc. Very time efficient, and hard working, I must say. We were told we would need two vehicles for the move, however, it turned out mid-process that we required another vehicle – this was accommodated by doing a ‘second run’, at no extra cost, or discussion. We are very pleased with the whole process, and we would recommend Kaas and his team to anyone who requires this service. Kaas and his team even returned to our house the next day, to assemble our furniture – again, they were accommodating of our needs, and did not hesitate when we requested that the furniture be moved to a different place in the room. Given the high costs of removal services in general, Via Removals provided a very good quote and this did not change, irrespective of any additional work that was required – that’s commitment! Very happy customer(s).

Well resourced ie number of vans and staff. Carefull apart from 2 things damaged. Saw the job through.

do not touch this firm with a barge pole, they totally rip you off on the day you are moving so you have no choice but to pay all the extras they charge you, when we first booked them they asked me what type of house we were moving, I told them it was a three bed house and everything that goes with it, on the day a 3.5 ton van turned up which is absolutely useless, I spoke to the office and they said they will send another van but at an extra cost of £395, like I said it was completion day so we had to move, they just rammed everything in, not protecting anything with blankets, and low and behold we have a very damaged dining chair. we could see they were never going to fit it all in the two vans so we did 4 car runs with the stuff that was left, the cost didn't stop there, the vans rushed off to the new house even though we hadn't completed up to this point , within 30 mins we had a call from the driver say ing they are at the house and we will be charged £65 an hour waiting time, this company should be looked at by trading standards as I believe they do this on a regular basis. keep well clear!!!!!!!!!
