Mike came to my property to assess the amount of things to be moved and provide an accurate quote. He was respectful of my home and quickly made an estimate of the work that had to be done. Our move was not straightforward to say the least, and we had to cancel and rescheduled a few times all at no extra cost and no fuss. The final confirmation for the move came very quickly and I rang out of hours to try and secure a booking with Mike and his team. Nothing was too much hassle and the lever of flexibility was outstanding. He was sympathetic when things went wrong and celebrated with us when we got good news. At short notice, four men arrived on time at our house and made short work of moving everything carefully into the waiting vans. Despite a few hours delay in getting our new keys, they worked efficiently to unload at the other side and finished in good time (all with great attitude and wicked sense of humour!). I cannot thank Knights enough for their flexibility, accommodating approach and you can tell that Mike and his team care passionately about customer service and doing the right thing. In a world where moving house is an increasingly nightmarish process, it is refreshing to encounter a company that is personable and reliable. 10/10 cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you!

Very friendly and efficient. Very careful and cooperative. They even placed the piano which was awkward to move round a corner effectively.

Absolutely outstanding service from Knights Move. Mike and the team completed a full pack on my house, took down furniture, loaded and unpacked and reassembled at the new house. Absolutely amazing. Brilliant bunch of people. They got the job done in no time at all. Highly recommended. Absolutely first class, they took all the stress out of moving day!

Mike and his team were amazing from day 1. He came to the house and took inventory of all our furniture and talked us through moving day and what to expect. I felt completely confident in handing them control and it was one less thing for me to worry about. On moving day the lads that helped us were a good laugh and super efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a long move, from Pontefract to Newcastle but the lads dealt with it with little fuss. Totally professional throughout and I cannot recommend Mike and his team enough!

We had two men with the lorry from Knights Move. One was called Jack, they rang when they were about 30 mins away, so we were prepared. About 10 mins earlier than the scheduled time. Both were very friendly, careful when moving our items and thorough. Everything was placed where we wanted it at the new property and they made sure we were satisfied with everything before they left. Hopefully, we will not be moving again and have no reason to use them again, but we would definitely recommend them.

We used Knights to pick up large furniture from two houses and drop off at one. Mike was clear and prompt in his communication, and the quote was fair - not the cheapest but significantly cheaper than others we received. The guys on the day were excellent, cheerful and efficient. We can't believe how smoothly it went. Thanks!

Knights Move were fantastic! The guys were polite and really efficient - they got our whole house packed up in about 2 hours! They took really good care of our stuff and everything was reassembled perfectly at the new house. Would definitely recommend this company!

Mike and his guys have been fantastic. I would 100% recommend to anyone. Mike was so accommodating given that our move wasn’t finalised until the day of moving and made me feel so confident that it was one less thing to worry about.
