Andrew was extremely professional, friendly and approachable throughout the whole process. I never had any problems getting in contact with him and he was extremely prompt at responding to all of my emails. The survey itself was very thorough and well laid out. I spoke to Andrew on the phone so he could answer my queries about the recommendations and he explained everything very clearly. Andrew has now completed two buildings surveys for me, both of which were completed to a high quality and were great value for money. Andrew was prompt and polite in dealing with our request. He made quick progress in arranging to see the property and provided an early telephone report with key points from the survey whilst he was preparing the formal report. This took a few days longer than stated, but was really very thorough with a breakdown of all his observations, limitations to his access and potential areas for focus on the report. There were photographs to accompany his commentary and after the event, he provided additional support to both my wife and myself in interpreting the minutiae of the report and the possible impact on our house purchase. All in all we were very happy with his professionalism, personal touch and attention to detail.
