Nice people very friendly and efficient. However proactive communication wasn't great like confirming the time and date of the survey once made with the estate agent. Also letting me know they had got into the property and a rough ETA of the report.

Really efficient and organised. The service is great and the team are happy to answer any questions prior to the survey and even after you receive the report. Highly recommended.

The only thing that would have improved is better communication around when my survey was booked in for. In the end, I was chasing and was told the survey had already happened.

The company have been fantastic in terms of communication, they have kept me informed at every stage and always at the end of the phone or email when needed. Cheap compared to a lot of competitors but honestly no need to spend more money on the same level of service , and the quality of their survey has been unbeatable.
