Paud a lot of money for them to basically just do visible checks apart for checking for damp, excuse not to go in the artic as no boarding, could of safely walked on beams!! Definitely, not value for money, could of just paid a professional builder to check the property for a lot less money!!!!!

Nice people very friendly and efficient. However proactive communication wasn't great like confirming the time and date of the survey once made with the estate agent. Also letting me know they had got into the property and a rough ETA of the report.

Really efficient and organised. The service is great and the team are happy to answer any questions prior to the survey and even after you receive the report. Highly recommended.
