The customer Service by the three mentioned was second to none. Millie, Lexi & Anthony explained, corrected , emailed every stage of the process making sure i understood what was needed before making payment and moving forward. No dumb question was too much.

Nice people very friendly and efficient. However proactive communication wasn't great like confirming the time and date of the survey once made with the estate agent. Also letting me know they had got into the property and a rough ETA of the report.
