Fantastic service, very thorough and professional yet easy to understand. Very grateful for their speedy response. We have decided not to continue with the purchase on the basis of the information provided in the survey.

Organising the survey was very easy and efficient. The report was very thorough and I was kindly able to meet the surveyor in person towards the end of the survey. The surveyor and report provided valuable information that we would not otherwise have had. The only negative is that it took 10 days to receive the report rather than the estimated 5.
