I am glad I appointed Robert Ward from TBC Ltd to do my survey. He was welcoming and professional throughout his interaction with me. His quote was quite competitive and he was quite informative with providing me an understanding of the different components of the RICS home buyers survey. He was unbelievably quick in terms of getting an appointment sorted out with the agent and coming back to me with the results of the survey. He put my mind at ease regarding my purcahse and I highly recommend him.

Robert is professional and responsible. Our case was a bit urgent, but Robert managed to squeeze us in and provided a very detailed report, at a reasonable price. The communication was very efficient. and I would recommend his company to my friends.

Robert was extremely easy to work with from start to finish, extremely thorough and professional throughout. As a first time buyer I had a lot of questions about the entire process and Robert was patient and kind enough to answer everything and more! After providing the extremely comprehensive report he also made time for a call to go through things in detail and answer additional questions and queries. He was extremely available via telephone and email throughout. I highly recommend his services and would like to say thank you again for all your help!

Robert provided a great service, from being proactive to arrange the next best suitable dates with the estate agents (making things easier for me) as well as providing a well detailed report as well as happy to explain and clarify things on the report over the phone. Would use Robert again in the future.
