Fast service and good customer communications

After lengthy delays with another company due to Covid-19, I chose to switch to Thames Building Consultancy instead to get the job done. Robert was very professional but friendly too and kept me informed along the way. Although slightly more expensive, it was money well spent as I received excellent service and the survey was completed with no further delays. Highly recommended.

A quick reply to my quote, (which was accurate) both via phone and email follow up with all details. Robert was helpful and professional - arranging the survey very quickly, calling to discuss the results and answer any questions, then sending the full report within only a few days. Very happy with the service and would recommend to friends and family and use again (although hopefully not going to move again for a few years!)

Excellent, professional ad timely service throughout my dealings with the company. My main contact, Robert Ward, was extremely friendly and helpful. He always made time for a call to explain everything for us and everything he was doing. Shortly after he completed the survey, he gave us a call and spoke through all the concerns he had with the property as well as sending us through a comprehensive report. Everything was completed very quickly and to a high standard. We would very highly recommend the services of Thames Building Consultancy and would certainly use them again in the future.

He was really quick to arrange a date to visit the property, and then phoned me soon after to discuss the findings.
