Great communication (emails, text messages and phone calls) from both Katrina and Adrian. I was provided with the report on the same day that the survey was carried out, which was highly efficient. Adrian phoned to explain the report briefly, advising me to study it. I then arranged a phone call with him to discuss the report and get additional information for a better understanding. This was helpful to me as a first time buyer.

Excellent service by both Adrian & Katrina. From the get go - they were easy to contact and speak to freely with no pressure. Very flexible, but prompt service. The report was thoroughly detailed, Adrian called as soon as he finished his Survey to talk through the main points. The report was provided the same day; it was extremely detailed with pictures for each section and an easy to follow traffic light system to match the RICS structured format.They both went above and beyond, with great knowledge of the local area and also provided a few handy contacts for other important aspects of probably the biggest purchase in our lives! As first time buyers we found the service faultless, and would definitely use them again!

I would highly recommend AMM Surveyors. Communication was great, very quick responses via email. Adrian called the day he conducted the survey and gave us an overview of his findings which made it a lot easier to understand, ,then the report came through that evening. A great service.
