Adrian was friendly, very easy to deal with, worked directly with the estate agent to make my life alot easier and the report was excellent, to a high standard and he explained what it actually meant as well as giving me some ideas as to what I could do in time frames.

Great service, friendly and efficient. A few pounds more than other quotes but I think you get what you pay for. Adrian was happy to talk through everything with me and carried out a very thorough survey looking particularly at areas I was concerned with. The report was completed the next day. I managed to secure a 10k reduction in the price I am paying for the property so well worth it. Thanks Adrian.
