After completing the quote request form on the really moving website, Adrian called me straight away to discuss what survey we needed which was very helpful and saved us money. His quote was also the cheapest. He arranged the survey for the following week, which was much quicker than other companies had availability for. Adrian called me the same day after he had carried out the survey to discuss his findings, and emailed the full report over straight after our conversation. The report was really detailed, clear, easy to understand and photos illustrated the things mentioned. We are very pleased with the service from start to finish, I would definitely use Adrian's company again and recommend him to others.

I didn't have particularly high expectations for a survey having had multiple ones done for properties previously by banks/lenders/building societies and not receiving more than a few lines about the quality of the property. But, I was so impressed with the level of detail that Adrian/AMM went into with my survey, photos were included of problem areas, a great deal of time had clearly been put into producing the document and this was done on the same day that the survey was done. Right from the start AMM were excellent with communicating, friendly, approachable and came across as though they were more than willing to help with any issues I may have. At first I felt aggrieved at having to spend such a large amount of money on a survey but having seen the full document that Adrian produced, it was well worth it and I'm so pleased I did it. Would highly, highly recommend.
