I was put in contact with Andrew Mills Property Consultancy Ltd & a number of other chartered building surveyors via reallymoving.com. Very happy with the survey, it was not the cheapest on offer but is great quality. With plenty of detail and it's clear that the surveyor assessed the house thoroughly including photos of the higher parts of the property. It took 10 business days from the survey being completed until I received the report. To be fair, when I chased the report they did explain they had had some technical issues with the RICS website that were out of their control. I'm sure some other surveyors would have completed this faster but that is of little importance to me as was still considerably faster than my solicitors are capable of moving. The surveyor was also available for a call soon after I received the report to discuss things further.

I couldn't speak highly enough of Andrew & Vivienne. The timeliness of their responses, clarity of information and overall customer service were fantastic. I was also extremely pleased with the quality of the final report and Andrew's availability for follow up questions.
