I found the report supported our ability to renegotiate the asking price of the property, but some of the costings for things like reports were probably too high.

I was very pleased with Mr Maw's comprehensive report which highlighted a vast amount of damp which I didn't know was an issue. His breakdown of repairs was also listed in a Green-Red traffic light colour fashion which helped me understand the implications of purchasing the property & also has helped me with futureproofing budget needs. I would definately use Gold Crest again.
