Paul was increadably professional throughout every aspect of this process. All he requested was the estate agent and the property address, and the rest was all sorted by him. The inspection was done promptly and the report received the same day (via phone call and an emailed formal report). Initially I was concerned as the price was far cheaper than all the others, however, Paul has been nothing short of exceptional. Would highly recommend to any one.

Paul was fantastic, was able to carry out the survey for the homebuyers report first thing on a Monday morning, which was followed by a telephone conversation mid morning about his findings at the property, followed by a comprehensive yet easy to understand report emailed to us before the end of the business day which was so helpful to us. Paul Fieldhouse was friendly & professional. He carried out a full building survey & was very observant in all aspects of his survey. Immediately after, he called me to update me on all his findings & I was able to ask questions regarding those. I received the report the same afternoon which was extremely efficient.
