Paul was fantastic, was able to carry out the survey for the homebuyers report first thing on a Monday morning, which was followed by a telephone conversation mid morning about his findings at the property, followed by a comprehensive yet easy to understand report emailed to us before the end of the business day which was so helpful to us. Paul Fieldhouse was friendly & professional. He carried out a full building survey & was very observant in all aspects of his survey. Immediately after, he called me to update me on all his findings & I was able to ask questions regarding those. I received the report the same afternoon which was extremely efficient. I was very pleased with the survey process & would recommend Paul Fieldhouse & certainly use his services again in the future.

Paul carried out a Homebuyers Survey for us. Good communications and he phoned just after viewing the house followed up by an email report then a paper copy in the post. Payment was only requested when survey received so no money needed up front. A pleasure to deal with.
