"Immediately after completing the survey I contact the client by telephone advising them as to my findings. In Building Surveys I provide a guideline estimate of any necessary repairs. The defects reported in the survey may enable the client to negotiate a reduction in the purchase.

Paul provides an excellent service at a very reasonable price. He responds as soon as possible to texts/emails, does exactly what he promises to do and gives excellent advice. Immediately after the survey, I received a call from Paul. He emailed a copy of his report on the same evening and sent a 'hard' copy through the post within days. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you, Paul.

Paul was brilliant from start to finish. Made me feel at ease from when I first spoke to him all the way to completing the detailed report. Paul surveyed the house and provided a detailed report on the same day. Could not recommend enough will be the best money you'll spend.

We received a highly efficient and friendly service and would highly recommend John. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and phoned us to chat through the survey on the same day he did it. We received a copy via email first that day too and 2 days later received the hard copy in the post. Thank you John. Glad we found you on reallymoving.com.

We were very pleased with Paul's service. He arranged the survey promptly and called me on the day of the survey to discuss the report in detail and highlighted any issues requiring attention. He emailed me the final report by 5pm on the same day which was very helpful. Would highly recommend Paul.
