Our overriding aim is to help you buy your new home, confident there are no hidden surprises waiting for you. We only do one job each day and will spend as much time at the property as needed. We will contact you on the day of the inspection to run through our findings and will aim to get our report to you the following day. We will also send you a bespoke list of all the repairs that need to be carried out and all the actions you need to take before you buy the property.
