Paid for expedited service and we received a really good service. Everything happened quickly and on time. Received regular feedback by way of emails, client portal and phone calls. Their business model of having an account manager in conjunction with a conveyancer works well as well as the fact that you don't pay fees if your purchase does not proceed. Can really recommend them.

Excellent communication and effort put in

Good service but clients need to be fairly tech savvy and have access to printers and scanners.

It would be better if they can share information as they work in the same company.so client don’t have to send the documents one by one .

I thought the account manager Chirag and the Solicitor Isharani did their best. They kept in contact and were responsive to my requests.
