Service has gone down hill towards the stamp duty holiday - slower replies, harder to get things done, but I do enjoy their app.

We get a lot of positive feedback for our app eway, due to the convenience and transparency it provides clients, so we're glad to hear you enjoyed using it too. We did try to mitigate any service impact caused by the Stamp Duty holiday deadline by reallocating staff from other teams to support our conveyancers, however we're disappointed to hear that the service you received fell short of our usual standards. This is something we are looking into internally as we want to ensure we are providing the best service possible and we appreciate all feedback to help with this. Their online portal is very good for keeping track of the case but their communication is very hit or miss. I don't have faith that they are doing everything they can to process my sale prior to stamp duty

The portal system is very good and keeps you up dated on where you are with your purchase and anything that is required or outstanding.

Completely misled do not trust the quotes
Hi, thank you for leaving a review, we’re disappointed to hear you felt you were misled by the quote price. Our quotes are all-inclusive and we do not have any hidden fees, however if any of the information is changed throughout the transaction, you may incur fees which were not initially accounted for in the quote (such as leasehold purchases or using gifted deposits). When requesting a quote it’s best to use the most accurate information so you are provided with the most accurate quote for your move.
